DELIVERY TIME FRAMES 

Below are the usual delivery time frames. 

If you order before 11 am Monday to Friday, the Monsta Team can usually have the bin with you that same day. If you are ever in any doubt, or have an urgent requirement, we recommend calling our Monsta Bins team on 09 414 10 30.

Please allow up to 2 working days for Monsta Bins to dispatch your order – Shipping time is additional. Monday to Saturday.

Please note that while we will do everything possible to ensure the bin arrives on time, we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date.

Auckland: 0-2 working days estimate only.

Outside of Auckland: We do not deliver outside of Auckland at this time.

This must be to a single delivery address within the Auckland area.

DELIVERY DETAILS 

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, and cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses which have been supplied, or non-delivery due to addresses without safe access. 

PICK UPS 

Bins will be picked up on the agreed pick up date booked. If for some reason we are not able to collect the bin on that specific day, it will be collected the following day at no additional  cost to you, with the exception of Sundays’ as we are not open.

DAMAGES

If your bin arrives damaged this must be reported within 24h. 

NON DELIVER

All non-deliveries must be reported within 2 days of dispatch.
